Bio: Philip Stubbings is a Staff Software Engineer working within the Privacy
Enhancing Technologies team at Datafleets / Liveramp, focussing on the
research & implementation of algorithms for federated machine learning,
synthetic data generation, homomorphic encryption & differential privacy.
Prior to joining Datafleets, he was Lead Data Scientist at the UK Office for
National Statistics (Data Science Campus), where his research focussed on
extracting economic indicators from novel data sources. Philip holds an MSc
in Computer Science & BSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of
Essex, UK.

Project: During the OpenDP Fellowship, he will focus on approaches to differentially
private federated machine learning, synthetic data generation & approaches to
quantify risk.
