Yanis Vandecasteele is a graduate student at Harvard University in the Data Science master’s program of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). He has also been awarded the HDSI Public Service Data Science Graduate Fellowship which supports the use of data science to solve social challenges and advocates for responsible data science. 

Yanis Vandecasteele is currently working on bridging between OpenDP’s differential privacy library and data.org Epiverse project whose goal is to release an open-source software ecosystem to power epidemic preparedness for users across sectors enabling policy-relevant modeling.
